Research out yesterday says that Plaid could take 38 seats, Reform 37, Labour 11 and Conservatives 6 in the Senedd elections in May so it looks like Wales will have Reform as the official opposition with even a chance they could form a Government.
Based on the calibre of the people we got when we had UKIP members who come from the same stable I doubt that they will all be in post for that long - although how does it work with lists? If someone steps down does it just go to the next Reform candidate on the list? Either way, I think that this will give them even more legitimacy going into UK government elections.
I feel quite depressed at the the thought of it.
