Does anyone have any good, reliable Welsh language apps for learning the language?

Or any free resources that might come in handy?

Say Something in Welsh is probably the best. Duolingo is OK but it's south Welsh (depends where you are)

Yeah- I would defo vouch for www.saysomethingin.com

there is a new website called www.welshreading.com but I think that’s for parents specifically. I like their videos, though
