Adopted uk embryo to use abroad

Hi,

does anyone have experience of adopting embryos in the UK for use abroad please? The sperm donor has reached the family limit in the UK.

No, but I might be in a similar situation as I have embryos left over from IVF treatment and am unable to donate them in the UK, as the sperm donor has reached his UK quota. Unfortunately, the donor never gave permission for any embryos resulting from his donation to be transferred abroad, as the sperm bank never thought to ask him😞. They won't ask him now, in case his response has a negative effect on another patient's stored embryos.

I know this is a difficult situation for you. Where are the embryo stored? Have you had any legal advice?
