IUI question, help please ladies xx

Hi everyone … I know it’s not wise to take a test during the two week wait but I couldn’t resist.. myself and wife are undergoing IUI fertility treatment currently!

I administered a ovritrelle trigger 250mcg on the 19/04/23 and received my first IUI 20/04/23 I was then encouraged to administer a further ovitrelle trigger 26/04/23 of 62.5mcg .. I’m now 11 days past IUI ..

What's the chances of still having HCG in my system from the trigger shots? What’s peoples experience please 🙏🏼 xx

I know it's hard, but I would really recommend you just wait until the official test day. hGC could still be in your system 10 days after the trigger, and a false positive is much more devastating than a false negative.

Out of interest - how come they told you to do a second trigger shot on the 26th after you had the procedure? I have never heard of this. Did you have a second IUI procedure as well?
