Egg donation...how to prepare?

Hi,
We've started the process of trying IVF with an egg donor. It's only taken a few weeks to get a match, which is great. (We've done three rounds of normal IVF but I'm 39 and my eggs, while they fertilise beautifully, don't generally make it to blastocyst stage.)
I'll be starting to take medication again in September and then we're likely to get to the transfer at the end of October.
Is there anything else I can do to prepare? It seems much more detached than the last few times because I'm not the one, who has to the injections this time.
I'm generally healthy, our results have so far always been very good. My tubes are blocked, though, which is why natural conception was a bit tricky. I'm still overweight but I'm working on that.
Keeping my fingers crossed for this time...

I've had HyCoSy done about two years ago and it came up as ok. However, this was quickly followed by ectopic number 4. They removed my left tube that time and I know the right one doesn't look great, either. So, according to the doctors, it's not that I cannot have a healthy pregnancy (the one with DS was textbook)...the egg just needs help to get to the right place. It's why ivf was our starting point and we were supposed to have good chances. Otherwise, the insurance wouldn't have paid for it.
I do appreciate that I'm a bit older now, though...and my body has gone through quite a bit. I'm lucky to bounce back from everything very quickly each time. The egg donation is our last attempt. I'm grateful to the young lady who will go through the process for me this time round. We've got two tries, if needed, based on the programme we are going with. So, we'll see what happens. I said I'll stop once I'm 40.
