Am I doing something wrong

Title says it all, am I doing something wrong....I'm now 7 months down the line using a sperm donor and still not pregnant, have had positive opk (ovulation strips) each month but still nothing, I wonder is there anything I'm doing wrong or anything I can do that will potentially improve my chances, I realise some people have been trying even longer and I apologies it's just when your trying for a baby it seems it's all a brain is capable of thinking about!!! 😅
Just a brief run through so I have him do his business, then I use a syringe (sterilised) and do that part I leave it inside for 5-10 minutes to act as a plug, and then replace the syringe with a flexicup that I have and keep that in for about a half hour/hour or so while my legs/hips are raised.
I've tried with orgasm and without.
I have two donations during my fertile week one a day or so pre peak and the other the day or day after my peak
Any hep or advice is gratefully appreciated!!!!

Have you had your fertility checked?

7 months does seem quite normal to be honest, I know lots of couples having regular sex to conceive and it's still taking that long but it might be worth knowing about your own fertility just in case

Have you tried some sort of conception supporting lubricant? Eg preseed or conceive plus?

I did worry about that, I think I'm going to see what this next month or so bring and then maybe book into see my go for my own fertility check, know there's not issues on his side as I've already checked into that, so I did wonder if it was potentially me....I had a scare a while back of potentially having pcos but my bloods work came back fine at the time, I hope that it has stayed that way but I did think about getting it checked again or for anything else.
