NI Donor embryo treatment

My husband and I are considering embryo donor treatment abroad, but I'm not sure how and who to contact. We had 5 failed icsi/FET sessions at RFC Belfast, but as I'm now nearly 45 it's time to change strategy.
Do I just contact clinics in Europe directly or do I need to find a local clinic to provide support, scans, meds etc first? Or do the clinics in Prague/Spain provide help with these pre treatment tests/meds? I'm waiting on the RFC to get back to me, but that could take a while and they mightn't give me any further info.
Thanks for any info.

Are you set on going abroad as opposed to a UK clinic?
It could be easier logistically to have treatment in England. There is also the option to know more about the donor when the child is 18.
If you prefer to go to Spain or the Czech Republic though I'd just contact clinics directly, I think by the time you've had a few transfers you pretty much know what to ask so I wouldn't bother using an agency or service to put you in contact with the clinic.
You can use Ultrasound Direct or similar for your scans in NI or the rest of the UK and get your medication prescribed by your clinic.
I have some experience of treatment in Spain, the same clinics are mentioned many times on these boards if you have a look (IVI, Instituto Marqués, Instituto Bernabeu, Clínica Tambre). In the Czech Republic people seem to go to Gennet or Reprofit.

The Donor Conception Network is worth a look too for more information. In the UK you have implications counselling before donor treatment, which you can organise yourself if you have treatment abroad.
PM me if you want to.

@AbitObsessed hey I'm also over 40 and a Northern Ireland girl! We have had 5 miscarriages from natural conception over the last 3.5 years so we thought it was also time to change strategy. We decided on the donor egg route so my husband will still have a genetic link to our child if it is successful. I came to terms quite some time ago that my eggs were more than likely a bit pants so the decision wasn't really that difficult for me, surprisingly much more difficult for my husband!
We are with a Care and have just created our embryos - waiting for the call tomorrow about how many blastocysts we have to freeze - really panicking now!!
If you have any questions I would be happy to try and answer them. Good luck with whatever you decide xx
