Hi everyone. So I’ve been tracking my cycle for a few months and use ovulation sticks from Clearblue but also used a nifty new gadget called Mira as this is our last try (financially and emotionally) I also used Soy Isoflavones and some Zita west capsules…throwing everything at it haha.
Anyway so we had the IUI done in a clinic and am now 2dpo so just wanted to speak to others so I don’t drive my DW too crazy 😝

I guess you must be coming up for thinking about testing, @FriendsFest? Wishing you so so much luck!!

I am 3DPO I think, had my first IUI on Thursday. The TWW is already driving me mad...

@Yardley42 Heyyyy
Thank you, I am 10DPO now, going to try and hold off testing until my period is late…but that’s probably wishful thinking I’ll probably be testing as soon as I’m home haha!
Oh gosh I swear the days go past sooooooooo slowly especially the beginning part, are you able to keep yourself busy? I thankfully had a UK holiday this past week so that helped!!! Do you feel any different? I had a wave of nausea this morning but I’m trying not to think too much into it!!! Wishing you god luck 🍀

Well fingers firmly crossed for you xx

Ironically, I got myself excused from jury service because I thought the appointments were going to happen while I was supposed to be in court, only my cycle started early, and actually that would have been the perfect distraction for the next two weeks! I'll just have to hope work gets super busy.

I have been cramping madly since the IUI - I assume just because of irritation from the procedure, but it's making it hard to put it out of my mind and not think about what every twinge might mean, even though it's way too early for anything to really be happening, I know, and unlikely to work on the first try.

Aw that so frustrating, yes that would have been the perfect distraction….are there any house projects you’ve been putting off that you can do? Mine is painting the front door so I may get stuck into that today!! Cramping could be a good sign, also apparently eating the pineapple core is supposed to be really good for helping implantation if you can get your hands on any!
It’s crazy isn’t it how much a cycle can change when you need it to be as regular as possible so you can arrange things around it. My clinic is so far from me (3.5 hours journey) and I had to sort things out at the drop of a hat as my “fertile window” decided to be two days early as well 😅
