does sperm fall out with the menstrual cup method (when you take it out)

just saw lots of the seminal fluid come out and i left it in for a long time. i just don't know how much sperm i've lost and need some reassurance.

Thats not how it works op. Of course the semen has to come out thats the liquid that holds the sperm in place the sperm is fired out and hits your cervix 3 seconds after male ejaculation. So no dont worry about it.

@RyanBergarasTeeth it's not clear what method @ellabars was using to get the sperm in, but yes I do think it's normal for quite a lot of fluid to come out.
Hopefully a strong swimmer got where it needed to!
