Hi all had my appointment through for the IVF counselling.

Just wondering what to expect?

How long after did you start treatment?

Following as we have ours next week!

The session went really well and was more of an information session really. She was a trained psychotherapist but she said herself that calling it counselling is a bit misleading.
She basically went through the implications of using a donor like how the contact works when they turn 18 etc.
There wasn't much chat about feelings etc more an informative Q&A.
Now that we've had the session the search is really on for a donor we're really struggling!
