Help ! Unstimulated IUI

Hi wonder can anyone help? As our clinic is useless! Unfortunately it’s the only one in the entire region...

We are having unstimulated IUI have already had one failed attemp so this is our last chance.

Our clinic just does bloods if unstimulated and just scans if stimulated -we have been advised don’t need stimulated. My partner is Keento at least have one scan anyone been in this situation / any advice?

My clinic offers a scan at 2-3 days to check for cysts, polyps etc and a scan at around 11 days to check lining and how big the follicles are. As we couldn't get to the clinic regularly (3hrs away) I managed to get some scans done at my local hospital. I needed a gp referral, and because it all depends on the day if cycle it's whether they can fit you in. But it helped us out loads

We didn't have any scans for unstimulated. On third attempt we had a blood test to check for ovulation about 11 days after the IUI. Otherwise they just take your word for when you're at peak and pop it in
