END - Contract

Myself and my partner purchased our sperm last night with the European Sperm Bank. This morning we have been emailed a contract to sign and return. Is this normal procedure?

I meant ESB contract, not end.

Hi we received our sperm from the ESB but through a clinic we had to sign a form to confirm the donor we had chosen and the characteristics just to confirm that this was our choice.

Hope you went ahead. How far are you into your journey?
