Hi just wondered if anyone can help me, I had a police undertaking against my ex, it ended 2025, I am applying for a Lives with and my solicitor has sent all docs off to court etc and ex will be served shortly however, I have been rejected for Legal Aid found out today, papers were sent to court last week, due to the undertaking not been sufficient, he was arrested and bailed 3 times before signing if I get this proof from the police do I have a chance as she’s appealing it?
