A mediation question: do they help you navigate how the period works between deciding to split and the foreseeable ie agreements of how to live while under same roof awaiting house sale and divorce etc? Do they get involved in diffusing and advising communication issues or simply give legal stance on division of assets? comms with my ex are so impossible because he doesn’t want to accept my decision to split so I don’t know if mediation will even help (though he’s willing to turn up).
