Divorce application

In last 5 years of our marriage, my husband 8 times filled divorce from application! I don't know why but every argument we have it will ended up to him applying for divorce! And a couple of days later he cancel the process! However, this time the divorce process will go to court and we need to go to court this time for cancellation!
My husband has very high temper and when he gets angry he wants to separate and ask me to leave the house but once he get calm he regrets and cancel.
Tbh I don't feel ok to go to court as this was his mistake but I also don't want to get divorce as we have a baby together!
Can I ask if anyone has been through the same thing before? Did you go to court? How was the process?

Play silly games, win silly prizes. Your DH sounds like a prize toddler, and his behaviour is coercive. He’s trying to keep you in line and force you to toe the line with his constant threats of divorce. For reference, I have been with DH for 17 years of marriage and not once have either of us even hinted at divorce, not even in anger. Because we are adults.

Why do you want to remain married to an abuser? Take your child and run!

Why would you want to stay with him , so your baby can grow up around his temper. I would divorce him .

Don’t cancel, go through with it. 8 applications would be more than enough for me to take the offer and bloody run

I feel your pain op. I’ve not been through it so can’t advise. But might be. But it’s a big scary thing divorce. Wanting to stay but scared of how it will all fall apart.

Saying that- I would go through with it now. 8 times is a lot and unlikely to change. Be strong and you will get through this.

Do you want to stay with him just because of the baby?

I don’t understand why you would want to stay married or have a baby with such a tosser?
