FDA Order Delay

Had FDA mid January and still waiting for the order to be sealed the draft order has several dates that have now been missed I am self representing so I’m just wondering what will happen to these dates once the order has been sealed. There are a couple of actions on me at specific dates, but I am holding off until the order is sealed. I’m just wondering if that is the correct thing to do. I chased the courts about four weeks ago and the answer was still waiting for the judge to seal

Erm... I don't know for certain, but if you've been told to action something then I would go ahead and done it so you look reasonable and following court orders. My CAO took about 4 weeks to be sealed, but ex's contact started the following weekend to follow in line with the dates of the order. Before that the intermediary contact started up again and started 3 days after court, but I didn't have a sealed document. As you were present in court you are aware of the orders, to cover your back i would follow through.

There is a PODE to be done and that needs it to be have sealed order so it seems pointless doing my task that will only take about 2 weeks and will be done way before the PODE is completed

You know that the order will include PODE so before you get the order it’s a good time to make sure you have all the documents required like CETVs etc as pension suppliers can take time to get it all together and also draft the joint letter of instruction - PAG report includes a template. Then get quotes and agree which PODE to instruct. Which actions are you holding off?
