Sorry if this is obvious but I am dealing with cancer and he’s already reduced his salary to less than a third and I have three kids on my own to care for full time.
CMS have calculated his income at approx 30k lower than his earnings declared on form E and in recent FDA. I missed the mandatory reconsideration period due to illness.
I’ve called CMS and they say upload evidence. But when I press reoort a change it just says about the 25 percent rule.
but this seems to be because they got it wrong to start and now he’s gloating in court because he knows he’s underpaying.
It takes 45 minutes to get through to CMS and I hate the miserable voice on the hold music.
does anyone know how to proceed please and upload the correct amounts such as P60 bank statements etc? And get past this stupid rule
I asked chat gpt and it said go to appeal with an email address that is undeliverable.
I am so exhausted and ill trying to sort everything.
