Would like some advice please.
My husband and I are getting divorced. Early stages. We have a 5year old and own our house ( mortgaged). Both decent incomes but I can't afford to buy him out, I don't think he can either.
What next? I expect us to continue staying in the house for a while. I do want to put the house on sale but do we sell the house before doing the consent order and conditional order, or is it after consent order/ conditional order?
I don't have a solicitor yet, I plan to reach out next week.
I am hoping it willl be amicable. No cheating involved. In the meantime, how do we split times with our child ? Esp weekends? My main priority is my daughter. She has a good relationship with her dad and adores him.
What about holidays booked? Just cancel and lose out I suppose?
