I am in the middle of agreeing a separation agreement with my STBEH, I wanted to ask here whether anyone has any suggestions of things that they put into their separation of agreement, or wished they had that I might not be thinking of. I obviously have a legal team who are putting in the general legal terms and financial terms, but I’m thinking of more practical things. My STBEH has a habit of reinventing the truth constantly so I’m going to need to have everything covered in the separation agreement.
