I’m looking for mediator recommendations to help me handle residence matters in my separation from my ex partner.
We have a two-year-old child. My former partner is seeking confirmation of a true 50/50 shared residence arrangement going forward, which I do not consider to be appropriate at this time given our child’s age, developmental stage, breastfeeding needs, and the wider circumstances.
If It’s relevant at all ex partner has been abusive through coercive control.
