I am currently near the end (hopefully) if a CAO. My ex has demented some unreasonable things he included such as I take the children for meals with him and his family during my time!! Other things similar to that. Finally got most of that stuff taken out but a big disagreement left is holidays.
The draft order which is what I want says 2 weeks holiday each year taken in one or two week blocks. He wants days in leui and has up until this point been tallying days up and saying he is owed X amount of days. I requested for my 2nd week this year and he said not until I acknowledge how many days he is owed. I am happy for him to have his 2 weeks just I don't want to be answering to him every time year when I want to have a holiday. For context I had to apply for a c100 last year to take the children to Spain for 7 nights!
What is standard wording for holidays in a CAO?
