Hello,

I have a final financial order that stipulates that my ExH has his possessions removed from my house. The date for this has now passed, he is stalling and very clearly has no intention of doing it.

I don’t want to go back to court. Does anyone know if I have any other options?

Keep it in storage, there will be a time limit, then dump his stuff.

I don’t think you can dump it. You can tell him it will be sold (needs to be sold at market value) at a point in time. He will be entitled to the receipts from the sale less your expenses.
