Hi all. Ex applied to court with a c100 and a C1a (just made up rubbish, not bothered about that) and I have responded to the court as asked with a c7 and a c1a of my
own. I don’t currently have any legal representation until my legal aid claim is processed. If it ever is!
The directions say I must serve a copy of the c7 to his solicitors, do I also need to send them the c1a? This part isn’t mentioned in the directions.
What about sending it to CAFCASS? We have a interview in 2 weeks.
