Primary care giver question

I’m currently keeping a daily record of who the primary carer is each day (on the suggestion of my solicitor) as I’m still having to live with my ex and he’s claiming it’s currently 50/50 but it’s more like 70/30 at most.

On most of his days, I end up covering for him in some capacity ranging from one-off school drop offs to having the children at least half the day for things like post school pick-ups / appointments/ bedtimes etc. if he’s working, abroad or ill. I’m just wondering what % of these activities would mean that I’m also the primary care giver for that day?

Thanks!

Probably best to ask your solicitor what the courts would think?
