Hi
My ex husband applied for divorce when we were amicable over what we wanted.
Since I've had advice re pensions ( I worked part time for time since having kids) and just want what's fair.
Anyway he's aware of this and I said I'd like to see pension figures to then discuss what we want. Since then our divorce first part has come through and he's applied for the conditional order. It says I have until 25th Nov now to apply.
I had legal advice and I remember them telling me not to click on anything until we've agreed finances going forward. I will have to pay another fee to see them to ask again. Not sure what to do currently or if I should see the solicitor again?
She had adviced me to get his pension figures then see a financial advisor of possible buying him out of the house.
Not sure what to do if anyone can help

You can apply for the conditional order before consent order. DO NOT press the final order button until the consent order has been sealed by the courts though

You ABSOLUTELY need a consent order!
