Help with Completing Form A for Clean Break Order in Divorce - Unsure About One Section

Hi everyone,

I’m going through a divorce in the UK, and it’s at the final stage where a conditional order has been granted. My ex-spouse and I have agreed on a clean break order, and I understand we need to submit Form A along with a completed Form D81 and a draft consent order.

I’m confident about filling out most of the form, but I’m unsure about a specific section (highlighted in red in the attached screenshot).

To give you the full picture:
• No mortgage
• No property or home
• No children
• Personal bank accounts only (£5,000 each)
• One party has a pension of £2,500; the other has none

Neither of us is seeking anything from the other.

In this scenario, how should the red-highlighted section be completed (or left blank)?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Oly

I think I’d leave it blank as none of it applies to your situation.

You don't want to tick any of those boxes, they are 'additional' orders
I know, the 'and' wording can be confusing.
