What form did he submit? What type of hearing?

NeverAloneNeverAgain · 25/10/2025 03:53

Assuming the form is a C100.

You don't need to submit a counter one. Many people self represent. At the hearing the judge will give you a date to submit your statement or information and appoint a CAFCASS officer. Courts are understanding when people are not represented and should ensure you know what is being asked and what the next steps are.

Yeah it's a c100, annoyingly I was going to do mine this week but haven't been in the right head space.

Thank you for your responses.

Was it accepted? You normally have to attend a mediation session ?

It doesn't really matter who submits the c100. You'll be able to file your position statement when you have a hearing.
