Advice needed please

Me and my husband are separating and he wants to sell the family home, im not ready to do this and im seeking advice from a solicitor next week, I just need advice in what to do, he has said he wants a financial separation from the joint account which I dont know why as all his bills credit cards, loan etc are all in that account, I have my own account for my bills and wages to go into, all that is In our joint names are the mortgage, life insurance, house insurance, in the joint account. The separation is what he wants and I do feel like its all on his terms, he earns 4 times more than me, im paying half the mortgage as that is all I can afford, just need some advice on what to ask the solicitor and if I should sell the house and divorce? Im so unsure what to do and what im entitled too. Thank you

What you’re entitled to will largely depend on whether you have children/ and if so their ages and child arrangements, how old you both are and what your incomes are, how long you’ve been married and what assets there are

if you don’t want the house sold what do you rxidctvyo do with it? You’ll likely need to buy him out.
