Form H

I am a litigant in person (i.e. I have no legal representative) and H and I have an FDR hearing coming up soon. We are supposed to be negotiating a financial settlement at this hearing, but we won't be able to due to his lack of full financial disclosure. It is likely that the hearing will become yet another directions hearing instead (our third). The court have ordered us to fill in Forms H in which we estimate our costs between the end of the upcoming hearing and the end of a potential final hearing. Bearing in mind that H is extremely awkward, a master procrastinator and there will probably need to be a rescheduled FDR hearing between the upcoming hearing and the final hearing. Would anyone be able to estimate my legal costs between the end of the upcoming hearing and the end of the final hearing if I did have a legal adviser and representative or at least give me a ballpark figure?

Hi. I think I paid £15k for the FDR and final hearing. My lawyers were amazing and it was well worth it. Primarily because my XH was a dick, abusive and kept prolonging the process.

Thank you for your reply, @GreenLeaf25 . Your XH sounds very similar to my H.

I'm a divorce solicitor. It depends on what further evidence is outstanding. Maybe £20-30k?
