Consent order rejected

Has anyone else had their order rejected more than twice?

what as in you have failed to agree the financial terms? Has it been stamped by the court and become legally binding? Not quite sure where you’re at in the process… I had to take mine for the third round in court where nothing could be agreed during two hearings where the judge gets to decide who gets what. It’s VERY expensive. Even though we are now divorced and an order is in place, he’s refusing to pay what was ordered. So the fight still goes on. He’s got penal notices and everything but nothing happens quickly (apart from money spent on legal fees!)

One would assume it’s low as people would have addressed judge concern after first rejection

Mine was rejected once. The judge was very specific about what he wanted changed, we changed it and it went through.

Different concerns each time

That makes no sense. Did you address the issue? Or understand the issue? If so the second order should not be one leading to another ….

What was the issue? My friend had hers rejected with a warning that her husband could shaft her and she signed to say she understood, and what a surprise, he did.
