I’m currently going through divorce proceedings in the UK, and my husband is denying that he owns a property in Antalya, Turkey. This home was meant to secure the future of our two daughters, and we both contributed to it financially.
He’s now trying to take full ownership and leave the UK, and I no longer have access to any of the title deed documents.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to verify property ownership or obtain proof under his name in Turkey, which I could present to the UK court? Or maybe someone here has experience or could assist in doing such a search?
Any advice or help would mean a lot — thank you so much in advance.
