FDR & Final Hearing

How often do you get a different outcome at an FDR to a final hearing? At FDR judge said clean break 60:40 equity from house in exes favour. Ex wants spousal, Mesher & 80%. What sort of offer from ex would you now accept or would you risk it going to court and stick to around 60:40?

Go to court
unless extenuating or materially different circumstances between and fdr and final hearing, for guidance or very near to like likely to be held

Only difference will be exes mortgage capacity will be greater as ex has excluded benefits from previous declarations

Personally I’d risk it ( without knowing the circumstances here)

on paper what is being asked for seems totally unrealistic and a judge has already indicated that at FDR
