My divorce is being sorted by Birmingham family courts, and i could have got divorced from the 26th of last month had it not been for my consent order still awaiting approval!
I sent it in on the 11th Aug (solicitors took forever drafting it unfortunately or it would've been in a few days after the conditional order). They won't give me any updates/idea of timeline on the phone.
Any recent experiences of how long yours took?
It's a very simple case, one property to be sold and split 50-50, no kids, both rehoused elsewhere, similar net assets and no pension sharing (balances are similar anyway)
