Have posted before but another name a change. have been planning to leave for sometime but difficult as my girls were both going through rough times.

i don’t want to share all the details I would like to ask some advice.
if my dh has a drug habit (cocaine), can I use this to insist he leaves . I have always known he dabbled but in previous years it was every couple of months. It is now a daily problem. He is not working so he is doing it when I’m not around.
how can I insist he leaves ?
