Final order can be applied for 26th Sept - how long will it take to be accepted?

Anyone ???

I applied for mine around 7am and got the email come through confirming it had been processed and I was legally divorced the same day, around 1pm.

@CustardCreamm awesome! I plan to do it literally at midnight so sleep and hopefully wake up to the best news ever! Hope it doesn’t take a week or longer as the wait has already been long enough !

@vivahI was actually on holiday but wanted to get it done as early as possible! I celebrated with a cocktail by the pool! 😬 Shouldn't take any longer than a day so congratulations!

I applied for my final order in February and I still don’t have it!

@GreenLeaf25have you gone over 12 months before applying for it ?

My XH started the divorce, but yes took much longer than 12 months as the courts were ano backed up and despite filing, my XH didn’t engage with the process at all. I applied for the Absolute as soon as the financial order was complete. I’ve complained but hasn’t moved on any more quickly: I just want it done :(

Applied for final order asap on the day I could. IE, midnight English time (Was in America). Woke up, as pp said, to the best news ever.
It only takes a few hours.
