Maintenance

The maintenance my ex pays is due to go down to £33pw from £99pw as CMS/HMRC say he earned £10k for the tax year 2023-2024.

He was employed in the tax year 2024-2025, I think for most of it although CMS say no wages reported from March of this year.

Should I ask for a reconsideration using the latest tax year as I'm 99% sure his income would be 25% higher? This obviously just means I'm kicking the issue down the road as the next annual review he will be presumably paying nothing if he continues to earn nothing.

Also will they take into account savings if the savings came from the divorce settlement? He is not claiming benefits, presumably as he has savings still from the divorce settlement.
