i need help.

i am trying to plan and leave my abusive husband.

how can I gather evidence against him when everything is verbal, mental psychological abuse ?

I have a young son and need to make sure I get custody, otherwise he threatens abduction.

You need to start a diary. Date/time/incident/how it made you feel

Get as much support as possible, see your GP and contact a domestic abuse organisation.

You can get legal advice re child custody and abduction from FLOWS, Rights of Women or the Coram Children's legal centre.

Keep any evidence of texts.
I would be too worried to record, it could escalate quickly.
