Help…very lonely

Hi everyone.This is the not something I would usually do but I’m feeling very overwhelmed & upset….my and my partner of 14 years have recently separated about 4/5 weeks, We have an 11yr old girl who has decided she wants to live with her dad full time which is about 15 miles from our house…I’m feeling like I can’t even get out of my bed when she’s with her dad…separating was hard enough but now its like everyone’s just leaving me 🥺

I'm so sorry. I don't have much advice to give but I really feel for you and I hope others with experience of similar situations might be able to offer you some reassurance that things will get better once the dust has settled.

I’m so sorry to hear that. That sounds very painful for you. How are you doing today? Can you keep reaching out to her and seeing her in the day? Keep pushing forwards and hopefully arrange child focused mediation when the dust settles. Did she say why she wants to live with her Dad?
