Financial order (clean break)

Hi there, we are finalising our divorce (final order) but feel stuck at filling out the financial order (clean break).

In short, none of us have any assets; we have some debt, some saved cash and no jobs at the moment. What would be the easiest way to fill out the financial order to cause as little friction as possible? We are not bothered about splitting anything, we just want the divorce to be finished and move on.

We used a quickie divorce online to draw up our draft consent order, we paid extra for them to do it in 7 days. It was stamped off by court within 33 days. You might be able to find someone cheaper though if you have nothing to split and just want a clean break, as ours also had a pension sharing order and assets so was a bit more detailed.

I've just done that too @notmypeasnotmyallotment - we are transferring the property into one name and pension sharing so I didn't want to make a mistake in writing it up
