Hiya.
Im able to do the conditional order straight away as the divorce was started last year and my husband wouldn't sign it.
He's finally signed it thinking he'd have 20 weeks trying to win me back, however I'm able to apply Straight away online.
I can't find anything to say this is correct, has anybody else had this?
