Test results before C100

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate some guidance.
My final CAO hearing was around 7 months ago. The judge was very clear: my ex must provide six months of low alcohol and cocaine abstinence results before applying for any unsupervised contact, as all previous tests were positive and chronic. He’s refused the final strand test in January but now I’ve received a MIAM notice — which I suspect means he’s gearing up to file a new C100.
He has turned up to court in the past claiming to be clean, only for tests read out to prove otherwise. Due to a Section 7 finding of domestic abuse against me, we have a no-contact order — so I can’t ask him directly where the tests are.
My solicitor advised me to notify Cafcass immediately so they’re aware the court made abstinence testing a precondition for progress. This is to avoid the same wasted time , safeguarding concerns we’ve experienced before and the copious amounts of money.
Does anyone know the best way to make sure Cafcass are informed of this before proceedings begin? Should it be an email? I can’t afford a Sol anymore so self representing . I want to be proactive but also stick to process.

Thanks so much in advance xx
