Final order before clean break order

I can submit my final order but haven’t yet sorted financial order. There are no assets but possibly pensions, children but no house owned. If I submit the final order to be divorced then I can complete D81 and the clean break order after this? Or should I hold off until this has been done?

Can your solicitor not advise you on this?

Clean break or financial order before final order.

All the advice is to sort the draft consent order before the final order. I was desperate to hit that button but it wasn't so bad waiting an extra 4 or 5 weeks to make sure I was protected.
