Am I wrong for this

If my ex turns down the 50/50 offer I sent, I'd like to go for custody Monday through Thursday one week and Monday through Wednesday with that Saturday in the week. Am I wrong will it look bad if I do this and goes to Court?

Also, my ex signed up our daughter for dance. Had to unregister because it was last season. Signed her up on a day she has the children, per what we have been doing so far with visitation of the children.

First, I want to ask my child which class they want to take. From there, sign up for a class. Was contemplating a class on a day my ex and I can rotate. It is important for my child if I go to her dance lessons. I signed her up for last season. Paid for class. Attending almost every single class. Paid for her costume. At the Holiday recital, she called out on stage looking for me. It's big and important I am there. I will be nice and ask my ex if he can do a class we can rotate to be there for our child. Would I be wrong if she says no and signs her up for a day she has the child? It's the same class, just a different day, and can I unregister my child for that day? Should I just let my child go to the same class two days in a row? Look for another class that week?

Thanks!

Awful for the child

The other thought was Monday through Thursday. Then every other Friday.
