I’m just wondering if anyone could give me any insight/advice following my call with cafcass ahead of fhdra? They are going to recommend no interim contact, and will also recommend no section 7 as the social worker (who closed us recently) said that she has a very in depth perspective of the children’s strongly held views and that it would be traumatic for them to have to undergo assessment again. She will instead attend the final hearing and give oral evidence.
Am I correct in thinking that this points towards potentially a no contact order? There has been physical abuse to all children, emotional abuse, non mol has been breached leading to arrest, zero insight or accountability from him, schools etc all support no contact in any form as did children’s services which is why they closed (father not in the home = children protected).
