Heading is from
HM Courts & Tribunal Services
Sitting in the Family Court

Sitting in the Family Court Case number: xxxxx 18 July 202x
Applicant xx xx
Respondent xxx

Final order
Further to the conditional order granted on 29 November 202x, no reason has been shown as to why the conditional order should not be made final. Therefore the conditional order is made final. This certifies that the marriage solemnised on xxx at (location) between xxx has legally ended.

2nd page is just standard paragraphs about inheritance, in that it's now void between the 2 parties.

HTH.

The 'inheritance' thing is just to clarify that any wills etc made previously naming either couple will be void.

Have you a particular reason for asking all this?

olderandwiser84 · 08/06/2025 22:38

@TheSilentSister thank you. Just curious
