My husband and I are getting a divorce and I am thinking about moving out of the martial house and family house because it holds to many bad memories and old memories of the marriage I have moved out of the martial bedroom and sleeping on the sofa because my husband had a 8 moth affair and he slept in our bed with the ow he tells me it's over but he still messing her

Kick him out and change the bed.
You can always move house later.

He has refused to leave

And the thought of him in our bed in our martial bedroom with the ow maks my skin clow

Assuming its a joint mortgage, you cant, both have equal rights to be there
