Single parent holidays

Any recommendations for holidays for me and my 16yo daughter and 13yo son? Holidays where we are busy work best for my son who has ADHD. We recently had a great few days in Marrakesh & the desert. Last year touring Thailand as a family of 4 was amazing (not sure I will be able to stretch to that financially by myself). Thanks

The magic life resorts (a TUI brand) have teen activities if you want a resort trip, we enjoyed the archery!

if you can run to flights Sri Lanka is amazing for that age group and is reasonably priced once there (not super cheap). Closer to home how about camping in France, or the Black Forest, activities like kayaking are great fun for all. Finally how about Scotland, so beautiful, lots of activities available and book a youth hostel family room or perhaps a caravan (boat of garten we found an amazing one)
