Help please. I’ll be separating from my husband soon and we claim DLA for our son. High rate care and high rate mobility. My husband drives the mobility car. It’s likely that our son will spend two nights per week with his dad and I’m the primary carer.
How will it work please? Will I need to pay ex an amount from DLA for the two nights per week he has DS? He will have to give up the mobility car too.
Not looking forward to telling him he has to give up the mobility car, I don’t drive and pay a fortune in taxis transporting our son around.
