Coparenting apps for the UK

Need to get a coparenting app so we can better manage the children's schedules. Any suggestions 🤔
STBEXH is useless at remembering what his been told and passing on info so I'm always last to know stuff and then running around like a headless chicken trying to rearrange things

Hi, we use AppClose. You can add stuff to a shared calender and all the messages sent can’t be deleted. It’s free, one of you needs to sign up and add the others email address and it will send them an invite to register.

Will he pay for it?
If not, both set up Gmail used only for talking about the kids and have a shared calendar on that?

Would family wall or time tree work?

Yes but he refused to use it. Now we're arguing more and taken to emailing each other. Gonna be a long 6 months until the divorce is finalised 😩

I use Our Family Wizard. Messages can't be deleted, it looks at the language you are using in your message and flags anything that might cause issues. The calendar is good, you can add lots of.documents (my kids have lots of medical so it shows when I added the document, date and time, and when dad views it), can do ohone and video.calls on there. All logged. But it costs about £120, for each parent. If you receive benefits you can apply for the hardship.fund and then they can give it to you free.

My ex wanted to email, it was abusive, he would recall emails. Our Family Wizard can be used in court as evidence. I just told him I wouldn't use anything but the app. Blocked him on everything. It was a boundary i wasn't willing to back down on. I gave him 1 months notice.
