My husband and I have been separated for over two years, I am now living with my new partner and our two children are both 18+. We have no assets or debts and are amicable.

We have got to the conditional order form stage. All we want to do is sign something that says we will not take each others pensions or future assets/earnings.

We are both going through a stressful time in our lives and just want this to be over. Is there a way of doing this without completing all of the mediation/forms/etc. such as a statement written and signed by us both that would be legally binding?

Complete I think d81, form a. We did not do disclosures, form e or anything as it was not needed .
